Back by popular demand! Female Friday's is an all-women's Krav Maga (self-defense) class taught by a woman (Jenna Herder). Reality based self-defense in a supportive environment designed with women's specific self-defense needs in mind. As a woman who has been a victim of sexual assault and an abusive relationship, I understand firsthand the dangers women face.

This class is for YOU and any other females who would prefer to learn with other females. You will learn practical, useful, effective self-defense in a nurturing, ego-free, fun class. Females of any age are welcome. Minors will need a parent or guardian to sign their waiver. NO experience necessary!

-Some examples of the defenses I teach: sexual assault scenarios, bear hugs, chokes, hair grabs, wrist releases, weapons of convenience, elbows/strikes, eye gouges, ground defense, how to fall properly from a push/shove, how to fight while holding a child, how to buckle a child into a car seat while maintaining situational awareness, multiple attackers, pre-incident indicators, attacker psychology, verbal de-escalation, predator body language, pre-incident psychological manipulations, rape scenarios, etc.

-Wear what you are comfortable moving around in, bring lots of water.

-Cost: donation based, pay what you can. If you can't afford to pay anything, come anyway!

-I am located at 3273 N. Freeway 85705. I am on the Frontage Road on the WEST side of the Freeway in between Prince & Miracle Mile. I am just south of the Synthetic Grass Store, and Vaquero Feed Store- I share a fence line with Vaquero.
